This Hill Country Retreat built for an active empty nester utilized stained engineered beams to create a informal country appeal, while efficiently using our panels to span between the beams and creating dramatic overhangs. The house is was built in 2005 and the owners have never had a energy bill over $250 for the 3,500 sf home. The owners estimate that they have saved over $33,000, almost paying for the full purchase price of the SIP envelope.
